Over the last 11 years I have worked with athletes of all ages, from juniors through to elite competitors in a number of different sports including AFL, Rugby League, Basketball, Netball, Hockey, Athletics, Gymnastics and Golf just to name a few.
At the elite level, I spent 4 years as a therapist with the Brisbane Lions and 5 years at the Gold Coast Suns as their Head Trainer and Senior Soft Tissue Therapist.

In recent years I have spent considerable time studying and applying various dry needling techniques in the management of pain and soft tissue injuries. I am certified in advanced dry needling techniques through the American Dry Needling Institute. Using these highly specialised dry needling techniques I have been able to achieve remarkable results both in the management of pain and in the reduction of healing time required for injury.
I offer a full range of remedial therapies including remedial massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage massage and trigger point therapy.
My experience and expertise along with my unique application of specialised techniques makes my treatments ideal for the prevention and management of soft tissue injury as well as acute and chronic pain.
My services are in high demand and treatments are available by appointment only. Health fund rebates are available through all major funds (providing you have Remedial Massage as part of your extras cover).
